When I am in San Cristobal de las Casas, I like staying here. It is clean, original hotel and the staff is wonderfully friendly and extremely friendly. The rooms here are nicely decorated and fabulous with fireplace.

It is atmospheric hotel, I loved its wonderful rooms and amicable stuff.

The setting is nice, adjacent to the preservation of indigenous language as well as a living museum, with tremendous history, beauty, and character, forested area. The staff is excellant, amicable.

This museum hotel is equal to 3 stars. The location is peaceful for exploring San Cristobal de las Casas. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like La Alpujarra, located within 5 minutes walk or so. The room is well decorated with the garden, the fireplace plus good breakfast. The staff is very very helpful and the food is good. All in all they offer EXCELLENT service.

Really comfortable experience there. Unique museum hotel, worth its 3 stars. Peaceful location, an easy walk to everywhere. 10 minutes walk to a bus stop. Fairly quiet, individual room with the fireplace, and excellent staff.

A truly memorable stay for two nights. Super location in the mountains, good restaurants in the local area. Also, easy to get to Foro Cultural Kinoki.

The location is quiet and ideal, 10 minutes' walk to Central Plaza & Park. Wonderful breakfast with a great food is available. It offers excellent service.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful, with spacious forested gardens in the rear of the hotel. It was a joy to wander around and take in the peaceful surroundings. the rooms were tastefully furnished and the warm, luxurious comforters on the beds provided a cozy retreat.

the rooms were overpriced for what they offered. I encountered issues such as mildew in the shower and flimsy taps that felt like they could break at any moment.

My daughter and I loved being there, it's unique hotel. Location: the venue was right by the city center, and San Cristobal. In the evening I went to Satori Pizzeria, located not very far from the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, had a great attitude. The location was quiet, close to Gallery Studio Cerrillo.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in San Cristobal. The room I stayed in had a king-sized bed and a huge spa bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The views of the garden from my balcony were stunning, especially during sunset. The breakfast included was generous and delicious, with chilaquiles and omelets available. The museum that is part of the hotel was absolutely fascinating, filled with history and culture. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable experience.

The hotel is located a bit further from town, but it allowed us to explore more of the local area and culture. The room had comfortable furnishing and a nice bathroom. The staff were attentive and friendly, offering great breakfast options and helpful leisure facilities.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could use some improvement. The lack of TV was a disappointment, especially during downtime in the room.

I had a truly unique experience at this hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas. The hotel has a charm that is hard to find elsewhere, with beautiful rooms that are clean and nicely decorated. The bed was big and comfortable, and to top it off, I had a room with a fireplace which added a special touch. One aspect that I loved was the fact that the hotel is located within a museum, allowing guests to get in touch with the Lacondon people and learn about their culture. The location is great too, being close to the city center but still removed from the main tourist area.

Despite all the positives, there was one small aspect that could have been better. The evenings in the hotel were quite cold, but this was easily resolved by asking the staff for a heater.
